Heidi Buxton, President: Heidi has been with ALB for almost 30 years and is in many ways the company's administrative backbone. Heidi has a Master's degree in public administration and has worked on complex projects throughout New England. Heidi knows the business inside and out and strives to provide clients with the support and flexibility they need to make their building dreams a reality.

Randy Distefano, Lead Project Manager: Bringing 30 years of building experience, restoration expertise and building efficiency techniques to ALB, Randy is a master builder with many specialties. Abe Crossman, Lead Foreman: Abe has worked with Andrew Ladd Builders for over a decade in many facets. He has managed teams of carpenters, architects, and subcontracters to create award-winning work. Abe leads with expertise and poise to deliver projects on budget and on time.

Peter Huyler, Project Management Consultant: Peter is a master carpenter with a variety of large scale and sustainable project experience.
